Twitter

Google and Twitter have been battling over search results ever since Twitter's contract had expired with Google. Google has since improved their search results to include social results from their own social network, Google+. And now to to take another hit at Twitter, while a user is logged into their Google+ account, they can search for trending conversations and join the conversation through search.
